For this round of the Innovation Challenge, we worked with the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative to engage students from Virginia.
designed a multi-agent system in Microsoft Foundry that goes beyond simple keyword filtering. Three detection agents run concurrently to flag different risk categories (harassment, threats, self-harm signals), and a reasoning-focused orchestrator agent weighs the context using gpt-6 model for heavy weight critical thinking to differentiate between actual harm and sarcasm, jokes between friends, or reclaimed language.
Data API builder (DAB) is an open-source, no-code tool that creates secure, full-featured REST and GraphQL endpoints for your database. It’s a CRUD data API engine that runs in a container—on Azure, any other cloud, or on-premises. DAB is built for developers with integrated tooling, telemetry, and other productivity features.
