Neurodiversity Program

If you’re neurodivergent, this program offers an alternate pathway into the same roles hired across Microsoft every day. It’s designed to support different thinking and communication styles through interview preparation and skill building activities.

Supported Employment Program

This program creates opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are working with a job coach. Roles are available through Microsoft Real Estate and Facilities suppliers, with built-in coaching support to help individuals grow and succeed.
