Kaushal is the US Partner Incentive lead, and has been with Microsoft for 15 years. Prior to his current role, he spent the last seven years driving partner incentives for the Microsoft India Subsidiary. Kaushal’s key focus areas are WW Incentives including Co-op programs and how partners can make the most of this critical investment to expand their business, acquire new customers and improve their profitability.

Kaushal has an MBA in marketing and is currently based in India and is planning to move to the USA soon!
