Nina Harding serves as Corporate Vice President of Americas Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) at Microsoft. In this role, Nina Harding leads a team dedicated to driving customer transformation by empowering partners to achieve greater agility and efficiency. Americas EPS oversees the health of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, with specialists working closely with partners to help customers maximize the value of their Microsoft investments.
With extensive experience accelerating joint success with partners, Nina previously led a global partner organization at Google focused on expanding the company’s partner ecosystem. Before Google, Nina Harding spent 13 years at SAP as Vice President of Global Business Development and Sales Programming, and held leadership roles at Cacheon and Oracle. She earned a BS from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Kellogg. Nina lives in Palm Beach, Florida with her family.
