Microsoft Customer Agreement: Benefits of working with a Cloud Solution Provider

February 25, 2021

We recently highlighted the support of our partners and different purchase options with the Microsoft Customer Agreement. In this month’s post, we want to talk more about working with our partners in the Cloud Solution Provider program through the new commerce experience.

If you’re a small corporate and breadth customer with little or no IT resources, Microsoft partners can provide the expertise and services that you need. Partners can help you save time and money by building unique solutions with the latest Microsoft services and offers.

If you want a dedicated expert to provide hands-on support, we have many qualified partners in our Cloud Solution Provider program who can help. For example, you can purchase Microsoft Azure from a partner who will build, deploy, and manage your solution and support you on a day-to-day basis. You’ll get one bill from the partner that includes Azure and the value-added services the partner has delivered.

In addition to Azure and other cloud products, we recently announced the availability of perpetual software licenses in the Cloud Solution Provider program. You can now buy software licenses for on-premises deployment through your Cloud Solution Provider partner. This gives you the flexibility you need for hybrid cloud environments and can help you digitally transform faster.

When you work with a Cloud Solution Provider partner, you’ll sign the Microsoft Customer Agreement. This gives you access to all Microsoft products and services available in the Cloud Solution Provider program.

Visit our Microsoft solution provider page to help you locate a partner with capabilities suited for your business needs, including solutions, services, skills, industry, and more.
