  • We don’t expect this change to impact existing user scenarios or functionality for Project customers. Existing Project for the web customers will get access to the premium capabilities in the new Planner app in Teams as part of their Project for the web subscription, while continuing to have access to the web experience.   There will be no change in name or product experience for the Project Online desktop client, Project Online, or Project Server.
  • The new Planner web experience will be available later in 2024.
  • Your work and projects within Project for the web, as well as all the existing features, won’t be impacted. You’ll still be able to access existing work in Project for the web. You’ll also be able to view your work in the new Planner app in Teams.
