1. Offer Overview

To qualify for the 25 Years of XBOX Games Offer (“Offer”), you must comply with the terms and conditions for the offer, including: 

• Be 13 years of age or older and located in the United States (“Territory”): and  

• Purchase and activate a new qualifying Windows PC as described in these terms and conditions (each, an “Eligible PC”) during the Offer Period. 

If you qualify, you may claim a bundle of twenty-five (25) XBOX digital games, listed below (collectively, the “Promotional Games”). Games will be available to claim by no later than 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on November 30, 2026, and must be claimed by 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on February 12, 2027 (the “Claim Deadline”) using the same Microsoft account used to activate your Eligible PC; see Claim & Fulfillment section below for details about how to claim the Promotional Games.  

The Promotional Games must be claimed as a bundle, and, once claimed, will be added to and remain associated with the same Microsoft account used to activate your Eligible PC and claim them. 

Each Promotional Game may then be downloaded individually (age restrictions apply in accordance with each game’s rating). Promotional Games must be claimed by only one Microsoft account, and cannot be split or transferred to another account. Make sure to activate your Eligible PC and claim the Promotional Games using the same Microsoft account on which you want to play the games.  

IMPORTANT: Some Eligible PCs do not support all 25 Promotional Games. Some of the games cannot be played on an XBOX console, and are subject to age-based content restrictions. See the table below for the Promotional Games and each game's compatibility and rating information.

Eligible PCs include new Windows PCs and handhelds pre-installed with Windows Home and new Windows PCs pre-installed with Windows Pro running on NVIDIA RTX Spark silicon. Refurbished Windows PCs, and PCs purchased from unauthorized resellers, online marketplaces, liquidators, or auction websites, are not eligible.

2. Offer Period and Claim Deadline

The Offer begins at 12:00:01 a.m. UTC on November 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on December 31, 2026, or while supply of Eligible PCs remains available through participating retailers in the Territory, whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”).  

You must purchase and activate your Eligible PC during the Offer Period and claim the Promotional Games by the Claim Deadline. 

IMPORTANT: If you purchase or activate your Eligible PC outside the Offer Period or attempt to claim the Promotional Games after the Claim Deadline, you will not qualify for and/or be able to claim the Promotional Games. 

3. Participating Retailers

You must purchase your Eligible PC from an authorized participating retailer or reseller in the Territory during the Offer Period.  

You will not qualify for the Offer if you purchase your Eligible PC outside the Offer Period or from an unauthorized reseller, online marketplace, liquidation channel, auction website, or third-party seller. 

4. Detailed Eligibility

To qualify for the Offer and claim the Promotional Games, you must:  

• Be 13 years of age or older and located in the Territory;  IMPORTANT: Access to some Promotional Games may be subject to applicable content restrictions, based on the age associated with your Microsoft account, as well as Windows Parental Controls and/or XBOX Family Settings, as applicable.

• Purchase a new, Eligible PC from an authorized participating retailer in the Territory during the Offer Period;  

•  Activate your Eligible PC in the Territory during the Offer Period using a valid Microsoft account;   

•  Claim the twenty-five (25) Promotional Games by the Claim Deadline using the same Microsoft account you used to activate your Eligible PC; and  

• Comply with these Offer Terms.  

 You may only claim the Offer once per Microsoft account, regardless of the number of Eligible PCs you purchase or activate during the Offer Period.

5. Claim and Fulfillment

After you purchase and activate your Eligible PC during the Offer Period, you must take an additional step to claim the Promotional Games using your eligible Microsoft account before the Claim Deadline.

To claim the Promotional Games, on your Eligible PC, open the Microsoft Store > Library > Included with Device, locate the 25 Years of XBOX Bundle, and then select "Claim". You must claim the Offer using the same Microsoft account you used to activate your Eligible PC.  NOTE: Promotional Games will be available to claim by 11:59:59 pm UTC on November 30, 2026.  

When you successfully claim the Offer before the Claim Deadline, digital licenses for all twenty-five (25) Promotional Games will be added to and remain associated with the same Microsoft account you used to activate your Eligible PC and claim them. You may then select titles to download and play on your compatible device(s) when signed in with your Microsoft account.   

IMPORTANT: Some Eligible PCs do not support all 25 Promotional Games. Some of the games cannot be played on an XBOX console, and are subject to age-based content restrictions. See the table in Section 1 above for the list of Promotional Games and each game's rating information, system requirements and details.  

All downloads of the Promotional Games, and any updates to them require significant storage and broadband internet connection (ISP fees apply). Promotional Games may require future updates (additional storage may be required). Microsoft account, sufficient storage, broadband internet and/or compatible mobile connection required for game downloads and updates; internet service provider or mobile carrier charges apply.  

You must accept the Microsoft Services Agreement (microsoft.com/msa) and applicable game publisher terms. Some games and/or features may require additional hardware or accessories, subscriptions, accounts, and/or fees. Content, features, services, online play (if applicable), and support not available in all regions (XBOX.com/regions), and may vary, change, or terminate. 

Access to Promotional Games is subject to applicable content restrictions, based on the age associated with your Microsoft account, as well as Windows Parental Controls and/or XBOX Family Settings, as applicable. If a Promotional Game is restricted based on its content rating and the age associated with your Microsoft account, it will remain associated with your account and may become playable once you meet the applicable age requirement.

6. XBOX Terms

The Promotional Games are provided to you as digital licenses only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: 

• You may not redeem the Promotional Games for cash, credit, or a refund;

• You may not split the Promotional Games between Microsoft accounts or sell, assign, exchange, auction, barter, or otherwise transfer them in whole or in part;

• Your use of Promotional Games is subject to the Microsoft Services Agreement (microsoft.com/msa) and applicable game publisher terms. Some games and/or features may require additional hardware or accessories, subscriptions, accounts, and/or fees. Content, features, services, online play (if applicable), and support not available in all regions (XBOX.com/regions), and may vary, change, or terminate. Except where required by applicable law, Microsoft is not responsible if you are unable to access the Promotional Games because you lose access to that Microsoft account.  If, before you claim the Promotional Games, any title becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Microsoft’s reasonable control, Microsoft may substitute that title with another title of equal or greater value.

7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Chargebacks

If you return or exchange your Eligible PC, receive a refund for it, initiate or become subject to a chargeback, or if your purchase is determined to be fraudulent or otherwise ineligible for the Offer, Microsoft may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Cancel or void your unclaimed Promotional Games; 

• Cancel any pending claim; 

• Disqualify you from future offers; or

• Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law. 

If you have already claimed the Promotional Games, Microsoft may remove the Promotional Games or recover the value of any benefits you were not eligible to receive. 

Microsoft may investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Offer.

8. Fraud Prevention and Verification

Microsoft may verify your compliance with these Offers Terms, including by requesting or reviewing proof of purchase, purchase date, retailer information, Windows activation status, Microsoft account ownership, device eligibility, and device serial number. Microsoft may reject any incomplete, inaccurate, altered, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent claim. 

You may not attempt to obtain multiple Offers through account misuse, multiple accounts, device or activation manipulation, false information, altered proof of purchase, automated methods, returns, chargebacks, or other abusive practices. Any such attempt may result in cancellation of the Offer, disqualification from future offers, or other action permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Microsoft’s determinations regarding eligibility and compliance with these Terms are final.

9. Exclusions

The Offer is not valid for:

• Refurbished or open-box devices;

• Returned merchandise or demonstration units;

• Commercial or enterprise purchases;

• Purchases or activations completed outside of the Offer Period;

• Purchases from unauthorized resellers or retailers; or 

• Purchases that are returned, refunded, exchanged, cancelled, subject to a chargeback, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible under these Terms. 

The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microsoft is not responsible for: 

• Lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected Offer communications;

• Technical failures affecting purchase verification, Windows activation, or the claim process;

• Microsoft account access issues;

• XBOX network or Microsoft service interruptions;

• Device incompatibility or insufficient storage;

• The failure of any of the Promotional Games to satisfy the requirements of a particular device or platform; or 

• Loss of access to digital content resulting from a violation of applicable Microsoft, Microsoft Store, XBOX, or game-specific terms

11. Additional Terms

• Internet access may be required, and internet service provider or mobile carrier charges may apply.

• Recipients are responsible for any taxes associated with receiving or using the Promotional Games.

• The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Microsoft may modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer if fraud, abuse, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Microsoft’s reasonable control materially affect Microsoft’s ability to administer the Offer as intended.

12. Privacy

Upon activation, your personal data will be processed to determine your eligibility and administer the Offer, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Microsoft will handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
