Customers may not deploy Dragon Copilot Physician Practice Per User Licenses in the same tenant as other Dragon Copilot Licenses.

Use of Dragon Copilot
Customer must only use Dragon Copilot in furtherance of the Healthcare Intended Uses.
Customer must ensure that Dragon Copilot is only used by a qualified member of an individual’s care team working on Customer’s behalf as an employee, independent contractor, or medical staff member. Customer must ensure that all such users are qualified in the clinical practice of health care with the ability to take into account individual circumstances of each patient’s case, trained on the use of Dragon Copilot, and meet any relevant certification or eligibility requirements to provide healthcare services under applicable law (for example, eligibility to bill to Medicare/Medicaid where so required).
Customer’s use of Dragon Copilot in accordance with the Healthcare Intended Uses will not be considered a “High-Risk Use” (as defined in the Universal License Terms for Online Services).
Customer must ensure that the care team “provider of record” to the patient for the purpose of signing an EHR medical record or other licensed healthcare professionals legally and internally authorized to file information to the patient’s EHR medical record: 1) review all Output Content and Encounter Documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to the use of such content in a healthcare setting; 2) takes clinical responsibility for such Encounter Documentation including by finalizing and signing Encounter Documentation in their own name; and 3) Ensure that staff without such authority (e.g. unlicensed personnel) do not directly file documentation to the EHR and all draft content generated by such staff is reviewed and approved by an authorized clinician.

Healthcare Required Authorizations
Customer is solely responsible for: 1) displaying appropriate notices, disclaimers, and acknowledgements; and 2) obtaining and renewing any relevant consents or Healthcare Required Authorizations, in each case prior to submitting Customer Data, Professional Services Data, or Personal Data to Dragon Copilot.
Customer must secure, maintain, and, upon written request, provide to Microsoft, evidence of any such notice, disclaimer, consent, or Healthcare Required Authorization, which may include copies of a requested signed authorization-to-record form or other document for each individual whose Personal Data or voice is present on a Healthcare Recording.

Restriction on the use of Dragon Copilot to build competing services
Customer will not use (and will not allow third parties to use) Dragon Copilot or data from Dragon Copilot to create, train, or improve (directly or indirectly) a competing product or service.

Microsoft Enterprise AI Services Code of Conduct
The “Exploitation and abuse” and “Violent content and conduct” provisions in the Content Requirements of the Microsoft Enterprise AI Services Code of Conduct do not apply to content that is provided as an input to Dragon Copilot or generated as an output from Dragon Copilot in accordance with the Healthcare Intended Uses.

Third-party Electronic Health Record applications
Customer may access Dragon Copilot via an integration within a third-party EHR application (e.g., an Epic application). In such cases, the following terms apply to Customer’s use of Dragon Copilot (in addition to all terms set forth under Customer’s volume licensing agreement): Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid license to use the applicable third-party EHR application. Microsoft does not sell, license, or support the applicable third-party EHR application.
