GitHub Enterprise

De Gelicentieerde Gebruiker kan toegang verkrijgen tot en gebruikmaken van zowel de on-line dienst GitHub Enterprise Cloud als de on-premises software van GitHub die is inbegrepen in GitHub Enterprise, zoals uiteengezet in GitHub-aanbod.

GitHub Enterprise Training en evaluatie

Niettegenstaande enige tegengestelde bepaling in de volume licensing overeenkomst van de Klant, zijn voor toegang tot de GitHub Enterprise-software of de online dienst voor trainings- of evaluatiedoeleinden Gebruikers-SL's vereist.

Licentievoorwaarden voor Visual Studio

De Gelicentieerde Gebruiker kan gebruikmaken van respectievelijk Visual Studio Enterprise of Visual Studio Professional, zoals uiteengezet in de Productvermelding van Visual Studio onderworpen aan dezelfde voorwaarden en bepalingen.

GitHub Enterprise voor Visual Studio-licenties

De Klant kan GitHub Enterprise voor Visual Studio-licenties aanschaffen voor ieder van zijn Gelicentieerde Gebruikers van Visual Studio Enterprise of Professional met actieve Visual Studio-abonnementen.

Opwaarderingslicenties

Der Klant komt in aanmerking voor het aanschaffen van Visual Studio Enterprise met GitHub Enterprise Opwaarderingslicenties, zoals voorzien in Software Assurance Benefits, “Beschikbaarheid van Opwaarderingslicentie” voor elk van zijn Gelicentieerde Gebruikers van Visual Studio Professional met GitHub Enterprise.
