Service Specific Terms
Data Privacy Notices
Agent 365 integrates data between Online Services such as Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry, including Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra or Microsoft Purview (“Agent 365 Integrated Services”). Customer Data and Personal Data may be copied to, or processed and stored by, various Agent 365 Integrated Services. Once data is transmitted between and to the Agent 365 Integrated Services, such data is governed by the Product Terms, including the applicable compliance, data handling, privacy, and security commitments, of the Microsoft Product where the data is processed or stored. Customers are responsible for evaluating whether data flows between Microsoft Products meet their organization's usage and compliance requirements. By enabling or using Agent 365, Customer authorizes Microsoft to process and make data from Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio or Microsoft Foundry, available for use by and between Agent 365 Integrated Services.
Windows 365 for Agents
When Customer enables W365 for Agents, Customer's use will be metered by First-Party Consumption Service. Models from Microsoft other than Foundry Models sold by Azure: Microsoft may make models available in the Model Catalog as First-Party Consumption Services subject to the Azure availability clause and subject to the license terms provided with the models.
