Update on our five-year initiative
In 2020, we committed to a five-year initiative to address racial injustice in the United States and to help improve the lived experiences of our employees and the communities in which we live and work. The initiative has reached its planned conclusion and we will apply the lessons learned to our enterprise-wide business strategy to further fuel innovation. We will continue to focus on creating career opportunities, attracting and retaining top talent, strengthening our supplier and partner ecosystem, and making an impact through local partnerships in education, justice systems, connectivity, AI skilling, and business growth.
