Maintaining business continuity, meeting customer demand, and delivering exceptional customer experience
Meeting the needs of your customers and being there for your customers is important during these uncertain times. Having the right technology helps ensure your business has the digital capabilities to maintain business continuity and stability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
For example, you can customize Power Virtual Agents to answer frequently asked customer questions, take actions in response to customer requests for things like appointment scheduling, and help ease the burden on call centers. Additionally, in this time of uncertainty, Power Virtual Agents provide an intelligent channel for customer engagement so people still feel connected even when a face-to-face branch office visit might not be possible and are provided with consistent and personalized support especially with an increase in call volumes.
New Banking Portal
The Banking Portal interacts with data in our Banking Accelerator, Power Virtual Agents, and visual Power BI reports.
It previews multiple use cases for a retail banking customer like active bank accounts, mortgage, custom-recommended machine learning offers, and upcoming appointments. You can customize these use cases for your industry and add new ones.
Embedded virtual agent
The Banking Portal also provides an embedded virtual agent to help people get the answers they need right away. For example, you can customize the virtual agent to provide the latest mortgage rates or refinance options, transfer to a live agent, or schedule an appointment with an officer in the bank. This can help deliver a better customer experience, reduce time on hold, and help manage call center capacity.
Power BI reports for banking data
Banking Portal also showcases embedded Power BI reports that lets you view, analyze, and interact with the banking data.
You could create custom views for your customers. For example, customers can be presented a view offering payment deferrals during extenuating circumstances.
