Microsoft Envision | The Tour, is an exclusive, invitation-only, global event series. It is targeted to senior business executives and decision-makers who want to discover solutions, connect with peers, hear from global thought leaders, and explore what’s possible, with innovative sessions about real-world digital transformation.

The event is invitation-only, and free to attend. Invited attendees will receive an invitation with a unique link to the registration site. This link will verify that you are an invited attendee, allowing you to login and register. Given the exclusivity of Microsoft Envision | The Tour, this invitation is non-transferable. Passes cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the person who is invited. If you would like to be invited to this event, please work directly with your local Microsoft account manager.

Invited attendees will receive an invitation by email, with a unique link to the registration site. This link will verify that you are an invited attendee and allow you to login and register for any single (1) event on the global tour. To attend or otherwise participate, all required registration information must be received by Microsoft by the applicable deadline(s) published on the Microsoft Envision | The Tour registration web page. If registration is not completed within 21 days of the initial/original invitation being sent, the pass will expire, and the unique invitation will no longer be active. Microsoft, in its discretion, reserves the right to refuse to accept an individual’s registration for any reason.

Registrants who have started or completed the registration process and experience trouble logging back into the registration website should clear their browser cookies and cache and relaunch the browser. Opening the browser in an "in private" or "incognito" browser session is recommended. Go to the registration page and login with the email address where you received the initial/original invitation. Select the same login method ('Microsoft Account', 'LinkedIn', ‘Github’ button) and credentials previously used to register. Login to the registration confirmation page using the same login method ('Microsoft Account', 'LinkedIn', ‘Github’ button) and credentials previously used to register. From there, please request a cancellation by clicking on the cancel button positioned on the upper right side of the registration confirmation page. Event-related communications will be delivered to the email address where the initial/original invitation was sent. If you are not receiving event communications, please check 'junk', 'spam' or 'clutter' folders to confirm email client settings have not redirected the emails. Please add the Registration Team alias MicrosoftEnvisionTour@eventcore.com to the "safe sender" list, to ensure future email communications will be received. Microsoft does not cover the cost of or provide discounts on hotel accommodation. A limited hotel block may be offered to invited guests for pre-negotiated rates in select cities. Attendees are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel reservations.

Although the event does not require a specific dress code, business casual attire is recommended. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably for sitting, standing and some walking.

Invited attendees will be required to check in at the designated registration area upon arrival. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. ID card, Driver’s License or Passport) to receive a badge.

Badges will be provided at the event venue check-in area and must always be worn and visible to security personnel. Badges cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the registered attendee. Name badges used by anyone other than the actual registrant may be revoked.

Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks will be provided during the day. The networking reception will include passed hors d'oeuvres and alcoholic beverages.

Microsoft plans for attendees with many dietary requirements and most attendees will find suitable choices within our standard options. Special meals can be pre-ordered up to 15 business days prior to the day of the event. Requests received within 15 business days of the event, or onsite, cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated where possible. There will be signage directing attendees to the specialty meals they signed up for during registration. You may also ask any server for the location of the meals. Microsoft strives to deliver a fully accessible and inclusive event experience for every attendee, and will do our best to help with any specific mobility, vision, hearing or other kinds of accommodations that may be required to help you get the most out of the event. Attendees may request accessibility needs or personal considerations during the registration process. All reasonable accommodations will be provided on request. We will contact you directly to discuss specific requirements and will make every effort to accommodate late requests.
