When possible, leverage the context of the user’s previous interactions with the AI system to provide continuity in the user experience (such as by carrying state between interactions). For example, a user that expects an AI-powered voice assistant to maintain a conversation may be frustrated if the assistant considers each utterance independently:

User: “Who called?”

Assistant: “Eric H.”

User: “Call him back”

Assistant: “Whom should I call?”
