Laura Black graduates with a degree in computer science and promptly lands a dream job in Silicon Valley. Everything seems to be falling into place for Laura, so she doesn't think too much of an overly friendly coworker named Richard Farley. That is until Richard won't take the hint after being turned down multiple times, even going so far as to follow Laura to aerobics classes and eventually her home. Despite her objections, he continues to pursue her until things turn violent.
