Enreach cuts down time-to-market with Microsoft Teams Operator Connect Accelerator

Enreach is a converged contact solutions provider that offers both software as an ISV and telecom services as a fixed-mobile operator, with over 1,200 employees working in 27 offices across Europe. Together with partners, Enreach provides open and flexible unified communications (UC) to businesses looking to scale with modern communications. Enreach provides all embedded UC and CCaaS solutions, as well as Microsoft Dynamics integration and Conversational AI and chat capabilities, to customers and partners through Microsoft Teams using Microsoft Operator Connect and Direct Routing. Enreach can also offer FMC capabilities via Microsoft Teams, along with Microsoft Teams Rooms services.

A one-stop shop for unified communications

Enreach was already working with Microsoft Teams as part of its offering but decided to bring its services to the next level. “We wanted to create a scalable solution that could easily adapt to our client’s needs, one that could also be deployed quickly and easily,” says Martin Classen, Chief Product Officer at Enreach. 

The company began delivering Microsoft Direct Routing through its partner AudioCodes, which sped up processes and made sure that operations were as efficient as possible. “We sought a solution that could quickly onboard us to Microsoft Teams Operator Connect while freeing up internal resources for other tasks. AudioCodes offered us the possibility of doing just that with its Operator Connect Accelerator platform. It enabled a seamless migration to Microsoft Teams voice,” explains Classen. From this, a close partnership was born between Enreach and AudioCodes.

Enreach adopted AudioCodes Live Cloud, which includes both Direct Routing and Operator Connect capabilities. The solution became a one-stop shop for all the services Enreach needed to become a Microsoft Operator Connect partner—Operator Connect API integration, operator verification, multi-tenant onboarding portal, end-user management portal, analytics and 24/7 support via AudioCodes’ network operation center (NOC). 

Enjoying newly gained benefits

The Operator Connect Accelerator program was completed in only two months, and enabled Enreach to offer its clients a fast, cost-efficient solution to add fixed telephony to Microsoft Teams. “We believe that the Enreach converged contact solutions are a perfect fit with the Microsoft productivity portfolio, boosting our customers’ Microsoft Teams experience with the help of AudioCodes Live Cloud,” shares Classen.

With AudioCodes Live Cloud, onboarding new customers became almost instantaneous for Enreach. With a function that enables users to attach webhook notifications to leads, any future integrations with Microsoft Power Automate and CRM solutions are made simpler. Microsoft Teams integration also helps streamline lead management, enabling users to update information on prospects straight from the Teams Admin Portal.

Making the most of change

The move enabled Enreach to expand its footprint in Europe, adding Microsoft Teams functionality to its full suite of unified communications, contact center and mobile solutions. In addition, AudioCodes’ Operator Connect Accelerator platform has significantly sped up the onboarding process. The pay-per-user per-month service model has also simplified customer management, shortening time-to-market.

With this new infrastructure, Enreach can generate new income streams from new clients and segments by offering seamless connectivity and hassle-free integration of the Enreach Voice services and Conversational AI capabilities with Teams. In the future, the company wants to expand the use of its Microsoft-based solutions and support its clients’ business success even more.
