Leviatan was an early adopter of Microsoft Teams and the company’s use of Teams has evolved so that it has become the essential business and collaboration platform for the business, extending through all office teams and connecting those working onsite and in field operations.

“I recognised that Copilot could become our everyday assistant,” recalls Alexandra Lupu, Continuous Improvement Specialist at Leviatan Group. The business quickly recognised the potential to use Microsoft 365 Copilot to optimise existing workflows and get even more from its key business platform.

Alexandra Lupu continues, “Microsoft 365 Copilot allows us to access in a matter of seconds very critical information. It enhances compliance. And it helps us to streamline our processes. This allows employees to focus on more strategic and value-adding activities.”

A myriad of compelling use cases across the business

Every team and every user is using Copilot to support their work in different ways, based on their own needs. Valentina Constandache, Head of Procurement Office at Ubitech, is using Copilot to spend less time keeping up to date with the hundreds of emails the office receives. She’s also shaved hours off her analysis activities in Excel.

She says, “It used to take 30 to 40 minutes. Using Copilot it takes four minutes 22 seconds. I actually tested that!”
