Viva Topics | 1C: Expose system controls

Viva Topics makes clear what the system can do (Guideline 1) by exposing system controls (Pattern 1C) relevant to the user’s task. In Sharepoint editing mode, Viva Topics reminds users of the capability to insert topics in their text.

In Sharepoint editing mode, a tooltip appears with the message "Save time explaining terms on your page. Enter # and select a topic. Readers get a description, people, and resources connected to the topic.
