  • Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat is an AI chat available at no additional cost with eligible Microsoft 365 business and enterprise subscriptions. It includes web Grounding, the latest language models, file uploads, Copilot Pages, IT controls, and enterprise-grade privacy and security.

    When you add a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, Copilot Chat becomes more powerful by drawing on Microsoft Graph, working directly in productivity apps, and using advanced measurement and management tools.
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot is generally available for purchase worldwide in public clouds. We are currently working on our timeline for sovereign clouds.
  • No, there is no trial available for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Copilot Chat is available at no additional cost for all Microsoft Entra account users with an eligible Microsoft 365 subscription. Copilot Chat, powered by the latest large language models and the latest web information, enhances productivity, automates tasks, and transforms your uploaded files (limits apply) into a database of information and insights.     Copilot Chat is available at no additional cost to all Microsoft Entra ID users with an eligible Microsoft 365 subscription. An Azure subscription is required to use agents and is priced on a metered basis. Copilot Chat will begin to rollout in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote on Windows desktop, web, and Mac beginning in mid-August 2025 and is expected to complete early October 2025. Mobile rollout will also start mid-August and is expected to complete by end of September 2025. Availability may vary by market and license.
