When you build your own copilot, you create a dedicated conversational application using a large language model (LLM) and dialog manager combined with your organization’s knowledge, connectors to line-of-business applications, and your own custom topics. When you customize Copilot for Microsoft 365, you use a subset of Copilot Studio capabilities to extensions that act as skills within the LLM in Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Copilot Studio supports Chinese (simplified and traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, and Turkish.
[1] Licenses are capacity based and additional messages can be purchased. A billable message is a request or message sent to the copilot/bot triggering an action and/or response. Prices shown are for marketing purposes only and may not be reflective of the actual list price due to currency, country, and regional variant factors. Your actual price will be reflected in the checkout.
[2] Message Consumption rates: 1) Regular (Non-generative AI) = 1 message. 2) Generative AI (Answers over your data) = 2 messages. Customers can use a mix of regular and Generative AI messages with the capacity.
[3] Microsoft Copilot Studio offers select capabilities for extensibility of Copilot for Microsoft 365 within the $30 user license. This is separate to the standalone license.
