SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 Update
May 15, 2015 Update: SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 is now available for download

On Wednesday, April 15, Microsoft launched SQL Server 2014 Service Pack 1 (SP1). Shortly after release we discovered an installation issue. As a result, we have put the Service Pack downloads on hold.
SQL Server 2014 (SP1) will be re-released in the next few weeks. In the meantime, we recommend that you continue using SQL Server 2014 and its Cumulative Updates.
