Backdoor:Win32/Berbew.AX.drv.dr is a Trojan that is dropped and executed by Backdoor:Win32/Berbew.AX, which targets computers running Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Backdoor:Win32/Berbew.AX.drv.dr installs a network driver that allows Backdoor:Win32/Berbew.AX to bypass certain software firewalls.

- Click Delete and click Yes to delete the key.
- In the left pane, navigate to the key:

- Click Delete and click Yes to delete the value.
- Close the Registry Editor.

- Select Restart from the drop-down list and click OK.
Delete the Trojan file
To delete the Trojan file
- Click Start, and click Run.
- In the Open field, type <system folder>\drivers, for example, %windir%\system32\drivers
- Click OK.
- Click Name to sort files by name.
- Delete the file ndisrd.sys if it is in the list.
- On the Desktop, right-click the Recycle Bin and click Empty Recycle Bin.
- Click Yes.
