- Efficient inference systems for large language models and vision models, particularly for the long-context scenarios
- Deep learning compiling frameworks and efficient kernel generation for a variety of computing devices.
- Systems and algorithms for AI Agents, encompassing both efficient serving and scheduling systems, and effective learning algorithms.
- Engage in top-tier research and development of algorithms and systems to push the boundaries of AI.
- Evaluate and pinpoint the primary challenges of current AI systems, and propose viable solutions.
- Design and execute solutions to address real-world issues and enhance performance.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.
- Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Excellent programming skills or relevant project experience.
- Quick learning ability.
- Proficiency in using English as a working language.
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
