I am a Senior Principal Researcher and Research Manager, leading the IDEAS Research team. IDEAS is the central data organization in Microsoft’s productivity division, and the research team is focused on science and innovation to drive the future of human productivity in the AI era.

My work focuses on applying insights from analyses of large-scale naturalistic data to problems of interest to society. Recent work centers around understanding use of AI systems, how these systems are changing knowledge work and the resulting economic and socioeconomic impact.
