I am currently working on the Copilot Tuning Research – Microsoft Research. Our mission is to make AI seamlessly adaptable and fine-tuned for critical, high-value applications, including innovative productivity tools. We advance this vision through cutting-edge research in training and post-training algorithms, AI architectures, and agentic innovations. By leveraging customer-specific data and domain expert feedback, we enable M365 Copilot to deliver end-to-end fine-tuning and adaptation within the platform.

In the past I led the Biomedical Imaging Team in Microsoft Health Futures in Microsoft Research.
