À propos
I am a Senior Applied Researcher in Health Futures UK – Microsoft Research, based in the Cambridge Lab. My work focuses on multimodal machine learning applied to healthcare applications, with a focus on histopathology and radiology. I have spent the last few years working on Project MAIRA, helping to advance AI in radiology. My current work focuses on model interpretability and explainability, with the goal of enabling scientific discovery and improving our understanding of complex diseases.
Prior to joining MSR, I have completed a joint MEng in Computer Science at INSA Lyon and MSc in Machine Learning at the Royal Institute of Technology KTH. My master thesis work was about designing novel 3D Knee MRI segmentation models using SwinTransformers.
