I am currently with Microsoft Research Health Futures, mainly working on biomedical GenAI and large language and vision models. Our goal is to advance AI technologies to drive innovations in precision medicine. Our approach leverages a combination of large-scale real-world patient data and biomedical information available online such as PubMed scientific articles and knowledgebase.
Recent highlights of my work include:
- Large language models for the biomedical field, including Medprompt GPT-4, PubMedBERT, CXR-BERT, and OncoBERT.
- Multimodal foundation models for radiology and histopathology images, including GigaPath, LLaVA-Med, BioViL, and BiomedCLIP.
