Trojan:Win64/Sliver

Detected by Microsoft Defender Antivirus

Aliases: No associated aliases

Summary

Sliver is an open-source framework that’s available on GitHub and includes many common command-and-control (C2) framework features such as support for multiple simultaneous operators, multiple listener types, user-developed extensions, and payload generation. Since December 2020, we’ve observed threat actors adopting Sliver into their arsenal.

Microsoft Defender Antivirus automatically removes threats as they are detected. However, many infections can leave remnant files and system changes. Updating your antimalware definitions and running a full scan might help address these remnant artifacts.
