    Minecraft Hour of Code

    The Minecraft developers have all gone on break, and the mobs have forgotten what to do! Learners of all ages can save the day with the Minecraft Hour of Code Tutorial to tackle basic programming concepts such as randomness, entities, sequencing, loops, and events to program Minecraft mobs how to behave. Students of all abilities can enjoy the tutorial, and no previous coding experience is required. Join us at Microsoft Store to learn to code and get inspired to create your own games, apps, and websites—almost anything you can imagine.

    YouthSpark Camps

    New Camps boost kids’ creativity and confidence with hands-on, in-depth learning experiences on the latest technology. Code and Create with Collage Me is a two-hour Camp for beginners ages 8–11 that lets them use their creativity and imagination to design a unique personal collage that can be shared with family and friends. Shoot, Edit, and Share with PicsArt is a free, four-part Camp that teaches kids 13 and older how to transform photos into works of art with the tip of their finger or Surface Pen.     YouthSpark Field Trips

    Book a YouthSpark Field Trip at Microsoft Store where kids get hands-on as they learn to code, design games, and get creative with the latest apps and technologies. Our all-new Field Trips introduce them to Touch Develop, PicsArt, and Surface Pro 4 to get them familiar with the coding environment while exploring and having fun. YouthSpark Field Trips are free, two-hour events for students 8 and older. Contact your local Microsoft Store, and ask for the Community Development Specialist to book your Field Trip today.

    YouthSpark Classes

    Go back to school with new productivity and organizational skills for the classroom and life. Productivity Tools for School is our new, in-depth, four-part YouthSpark Class series designed to empower students ages 13 and older with critical organizational and technology skills to help them do more throughout their education and career. Our Office Student Productivity Workshop teaches students how to have more fun studying and get creative with Office 365, which includes their favorite apps like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Discover these classes and more at your Microsoft Store.

    The parent, legal guardian or authorized adult caregiver of every camp participant under 17 years of age must provide a signed Participation Agreement and remain in the Microsoft Store for the duration of the event.
