Chidera Biringa is an Applied Scientist in Microsoft’s Office of the CTO, where his work focuses on building graph-based memory and knowledge architectures for enterprise AI. He designs structured architectures that enable AI systems to reason over evolving organizational data with reliability and auditability. He has also contributed to enterprise-scale agentic systems for autonomous security solutions.
He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where his dissertation introduced frameworks for detecting and intercepting software vulnerabilities before deployment. He leads a research collaboration with the University of Massachusetts Amherst on efficient inference for large language models.
