Ray Smith is a Corporate Vice President at Microsoft leading the Agent 365 product organization and playing a leadership role across Microsoft’s Agent 365 initiatives. In this role, he drives the vision and development of Microsoft’s enterprise AI agent platform Agent 365 – a centralized “observability platform” that enables secure, identity-aware AI agents to operate within everyday Microsoft 365 workflows.
