Work IQ includes data from multiple sources: Microsoft 365 content and metadata; line of business data ingested through Copilot connectors—and the comprehensive semantic index derived from your Microsoft 365 and line-of-business datasets. Work IQ also includes Copilot Memory to better understand your style, habits, and preferences. The result is a rich experience that is implicitly grounded in the details of your work patterns, relationships, and workflows.
