- Help your customers get answers, manage supported appointments, and connect with the right assistance through natural conversations. Automate routine interactions so customers can get help quickly while your teams can focus on conversations that need a human touch.
- Get more value from your organization’s content with Copilot in SharePoint. Help people use natural language to find answers, create and organize content, and run workflows, making it easier to turn your organization’s knowledge into action.
- Microsoft plugin registry gives you one place to discover, publish, manage, and govern plugins across supported Microsoft Copilot experiences. Users can more easily access enabled skills, connectors, and agents, while IT maintains centralized control over availability and access.

- Makers can now give their Copilot Studio agents their own accounts, making it a governed Microsoft 365 identity for shared, collaborative business processes that spans across teams. With its own mailbox, Teams presence & Office access, the agent can collaborate where work happens while admins can control and govern its access, policies and use as its own first-class entity.
- Copilot Managed Runtime helps you securely deploy, run, integrate, and govern apps built with Microsoft or third-party tools, bringing AI-created solutions into production faster while providing the security, governance, and lifecycle management needed at enterprise scale.
- Turn your ideas into business apps using natural language in Copilot Cowork and Copilot Studio. Describe what you need, then refine your app through conversation and connect it to your organization’s data and systems. When you publish, IT admins have centralized visibility and controls to help manage your app.

Copilot Cowork: Multiple models, matched to your work
Copilot Cowork expands model choice with OpenAI GPT‑5.5 and introduces browser use, enabling you to automate tasks directly across web and business workflows. Cowork 1 will be a secure, fine‑tuned model releasing in the coming weeks, post‑trained to handle Cowork‑specific tasks. This gives you a lower‑cost option for everyday work, while Copilot continues to match each task to the best model and keep your data protected.
Copilot Notebooks: Smarter experience for Microsoft 365 Copilot users
Copilot Notebooks for Microsoft 365 users adds richer work data sources, multimodal mobile capture, and new output types like Excel workbooks and infographics to the notebook experience. This helps you bring more complete project context into one place and turn that content into deliverables faster.
