As a feature or product becomes generally available, or is cancelled or postponed, information will be removed from this website. If Targeted release is available the Rollout start date will reflect the change beginning to appear in Targeted release followed by Standard release, otherwise the Rollout start date will reflect the change beginning to appear in Standard release.

Introducing Microsoft Agent 365: The control plane for agents
Now available
These features are now generally available.
- Copilot works directly inside your apps to help you create, edit, and refine content from start to finish. It can make changes to your document or spreadsheet while you work and guide the output in real time—without leaving the app.
- These agents help you create strong first drafts of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations through simple chat prompts. You no longer have to start from scratch—agents turn your ideas into ready-to-review files faster.
- From Copilot chat, you can tell Outlook how to handle meeting invites, and it will automatically RSVP on your behalf. Your calendar stays up to date as invites change—without extra follow-ups.

These features are currently in development.
- Copilot helps you refine and adjust emails directly in Outlook while you write. Make changes in real time and stay focused without leaving your inbox. Rolling out in March.
- Through Open AI Apps SDK and Model Context Protocol (MCP) Apps, applications can deliver live, interactive experiences directly in chat—such as view, update and create records in apps built with Power Apps, pipeline from Dynamics 365, and design assets from Adobe Express. You can take action without leaving the chat. In public preview.
- Your Viva Engage communities will now be available in Teams alongside teams, chats and channels. You can connect, share knowledge, and learn from others across the company, all without leaving Teams.

Frontier is Microsoft’s early access program for experimental AI features. Try new features early, give real-time feedback, and influence what ships to all users.
Microsoft Agent 365
Microsoft Agent 365 is the control plane for agents that gives IT one place to observe, govern, and secure every agent across the organization. You can stay in control as agents become part of everyday work.
Email from Copilot Chat
Draft, edit, and send on emails directly in Copilot Chat without switching back to Outlook.
Sales Development Agent
The Sales Development Agent handles early sales tasks in your CRM and Microsoft 365 apps. It nurtures leads, updates your pipeline, and automates follow-ups so sellers can spend more time closing deals.
App Builder
App Builder lets you describe what you want, and Copilot creates an app you can preview, edit, and share. It accelerates app creation so teams can build solutions quickly without deep technical skills.
