Installation Guidelines

Note: You must have administrative rights on the computer to install Host Integration Server 2020.

Selecting Download will download the Host Integration Server 2020 ISO (HostIntegrationServer2020-EVAL.iso) containing the Host Integration Server 2020 installer (HIS2020_Evaluation_EN.msi).

Key notes about Host Integration Server 2020

  • The Microsoft Host Integration Server 2020 release is available for testing purposes only and should NOT be installed and used in production environments.
  • Host Integration Server 2020 does NOT support side-by-side installations with down-level released versions, Microsoft OLE DB Provider for DB2, and Microsoft Client for Host Integration Server 2020.
