Becoming a Microsoft Legal Service Provider

Microsoft Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs does not accept unsolicited requests to become an approved legal service provider. Firms engaged by CELA are subject to Microsoft’s procurement policies and compliance requirements, including the Supplier Code of Conduct and the Supplier Security & Privacy Assurance (SSPA) program.  Find out more about becoming a Microsoft Supplier.

Law firms engaged by CELA must agree to our standard engagement terms, which are presented to law firms at the time of engagement and onboarding and supersede Microsoft’s Global purchasing Terms & Conditions and the Microsoft Supplier Services Agreement (MSSA). Law firm onboarding and contracting is managed centrally by the CELA Legal Procurement & Partners team.

If you are already a CELA-approved law firm, a copy of our current engagement terms and related materials may be obtained from the document library of our legal billing system.
