Andres Morales is a Research Software Engineer II for the Societal Resilience team within Microsoft Research’s Special Projects division. His career, since joining the team in 2021, has focused on causal inference, graph analysis, data retrieval and transformation, reverse engineering and collaborating with researchers to create demos and using LLMs.
Prior to Microsoft, Andres worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon where he focused at large scale and distributed system design and implementation.
