I am currently a researcher in Microsoft Research India at Bangalore. Prior to that, I did my PhD in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology at Bombay, working with Sunita Sarawagi and Saketha Nath. Before I went for my PhD, I worked for 4 years as a Research Engineer at Yahoo Labs in Bangalore. I am interested in wide range of problems related to Machine Learning and AI – I dabbled with Neural Networks as part of my Bachelors project, worked on Reinforcement Learning as part of my Masters Thesis, worked in Data Mining, Entity Matching problems at Yahoo Labs and focused on Machine Learning models for estimating label aggregates as part of my PhD.
