I work on AI and ML at Microsoft.
Currently working on LLM Post-training (RLVR), refinement and distillation. I previously worked on transfer learning and RL applied to Microsoft Products. I completed my PhD in EECS from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in the fall of 2018.
