I am a physicist working to engineer qubits at Microsoft Quantum. As a results-driven computational scientist, I lead a team of engineers working to model and optimize physical qubits. We work in continuous and close collaboration with top theorists and experimentalists around the world.
My work mainly focuses on the theory and practical design of physical quantum systems. In particular, my team develops and deploys large-scale computer-aided engineering tools to understand and refine qubits. I currently work on semiconductor and hybrid superconductor-semiconductor qubits, such as topological nanowires, quantum dots, and semiconductor impurities. This work draws heavily on condensed matter physics, electrical engineering, quantum information science, and quantum chemistry.
