Liang He is a senior researcher at Microsoft Research AI4Science Lab. He joined Microsoft Research after receiving his Ph.D. degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in July 2018. His research interests include foundation models for biological sequences, computational biology, machine learning, and knowledge graphs. He has published papers in top conferences and leading journals. He is a contributor to Microsoft Graph Engine, an open-source project of Microsoft that serves many Microsoft products and services. He serves as a reviewer for Nature Machine Intelligence.
