About
I am a senior applied scientist in Microsoft. My work focusses on various aspects of relevance and data quality in knowledge mining for human-centred computing systems such as Microsoft Viva Topics. In previous work, I worked on search and ranking of user content for Windows 10, Edge and O365 Meeting Insights.
Before joining Microsoft, I was a researcher at the University Of Southampton from 2011 – 2015, first as PhD student then as postdoctoral fellow. My PhD thesis on trust-based data fusion involving Bayesian machine learning for crowdsourcing systems can be downloaded here. A list of my publications is available here.
Often my team offers internships for BSc, MSc software engineers and PhD candidates. If you are interested please send me an email.
