About
I am an applied scientist in Microsoft. My work focusses on aspects of relevance and data quality in human-centred computing systems and, more recently, on relevance science for search and ranking of local content in Windows 10.
Before working at Microsoft, I was a researcher at the University Of Southampton from 2011 – 2015, first as PhD student then as postdoctoral fellow. My PhD thesis on trust-based data fusion involving Bayesian machine learning for crowdsourcing systems can be downloaded here. A list of my publications is available here.
Often my team offers internships for BSc, MSc software engineers and PhD applied scientists. If you are interested please send me an email.
