My background is in academic research focused on fundamental and applied aspects of semiconductor physics and materials science, at the nanoscale.
I have experience with epitaxy of all III-V families (such as III-As, III-P, III-Sb) grown into 0D, 1D and 3D nanostructures such as quantum dots, nanowires, nanomembranes, nanowire networks. I have several years hands-on experience with Metalorganic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (MOVPE/MOCVD) and Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE).
Here at Microsoft Quantum Lab Delft, I am responsible for the materials epitaxy team. We work towards establishing a materials platform to support topological quantum computing.
