I’m a member of the Cognition Group at Microsoft Research. My main research interests are image and video enhancement, and image-based modeling and rendering.

I’ve co-edited two books: “Panoramic Vision: Sensors, Theory, and Applications” (with R. Benosman) and “Emerging Topics in Computer Vision” (with G. Medioni). I’ve also co-authored two books: “Image-Based Rendering” (with H.-Y. Shum and S.-C. Chan) and “Image-Based Modeling of Plants and Trees” (with L. Quan).
