Yadollah is a researcher at Microsoft Research Montreal. He works on generalizable question representation by using transfer learning and other methods.
Before joining Microsoft, he obtained his PhD from CIS, LMU Munich in September 2017. He worked with Hinrich Schütze on representation learning for language units with the application of fine-grained entity typing and relation extraction. He co-organized two versions of the workshop on Subword and Character level models in NLP (SCLeM) at EMNLP 2017 and NAACL 2018.
- “Recurrent One-Hop Predictions for Reasoning over Knowledge Graphs” has been recognized as an Area Chair Favorite at COLING 2018.
