For over 15 years, Lindsay has worked in a variety of industries, from government to non-profit to Fortune 500 companies. Her inherent ability is being a trend-setting visionary, driver of change, entrepreneurial role model and networking genius. She can walk into an organization, sit down with business leaders or meet with an individual, work collaboratively and, in record time, create a concrete path for them to overcome their challenges and achieve their vision, not only successfully, but beyond what anyone could have imagined. This is what puts a gleam in her eyes and inspires her daily in the role of mentor and “Executive Producer”, carrying out the highest visions of leaders, organizations and individuals. In addition to serving in a business mentor capacity, Lindsay is also an inspiring motivational speaker and expert at explaining complex concepts in a practical, straightforward and entertaining way.Lindsay attended Pepperdine University and Central Washington University where she completed her undergraduate degree in business administration and Master of Science degree in organization development.

He now is focused on sharing what he has learned with others through his mentoring and speaking.Brian has worked in many organizations, small and large. He has held roles as a line employee, senior executive, founder and CEO; in addition, he has played the role of advisor and angel investor. He has formed over 20 companies and been instrumental in driving them toward their stated objectives.Prior to his venture activities, Brian was the Director of Business Development for Aldus Corporation a leading software company (acquired by Adobe Systems Corporation, (ADBE)) and was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young a large international accounting firm.Brian received his B.S. degree from Central Washington University and his Masters degree from Golden Gate University.
