I am a Principal Research Manager at Microsoft leading the Excel Agent Science Team, where we invent and ship the next generation of agentic AI for productivity. Our mission is to transform Excel into an intelligent collaborator through Agent Mode, enabling reasoning, planning, and iterative workflows directly inside spreadsheets.
My research spans large language models (LLMs), AI agents, program synthesis, evaluation frameworks, and human–AI interaction. I focus on bridging cutting-edge AI with real-world productivity scenarios, ensuring solutions are robust, auditable, and impactful for millions of users.
