Research Intern for Artificial Intelligence Reasoning Group

Number of Openings: 2-4 Location: Beijing/Shanghai Group Introduction: The Artificial Intelligence Reasoning team at Microsoft Research Asia is dedicated to exploring large models. Their focus areas include: 1). Model Optimization: Improving inference speed, reducing resource consumption, and enhancing inference accuracy. 2). Research and Innovation: Exploring new model architectures and algorithms and investigating how to better combine code and text data for pre-training. Our goal is to advance large model technology and its applications across various scenarios. The team’s research directions include large model pre-training, efficient inference algorithms, and model generalization capabilities. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in the research and development of algorithms to drive technological innovation.
  2. Design and implement models to solve real-world problems and improve performance.
  3. Conduct data analysis, model optimization, and deployment to enhance application effectiveness and stability.
  4. Improve existing code and optimize performance.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.
  2. Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  3. Excellent programming skills or relevant project experience.
  4. Quick learning ability.
  5. Proficiency in using English as a working language.
  6. Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
  7. Written consent from your academic advisor.

  6. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
  7. 能得到导师的书面同意
