I currently manage the Software-Hardware Co-design (SHARC) group at Microsoft Research in Redmond. Recently, I did a stint in Azure for Operators from 2020 to 2024.
I joined Microsoft Research in 2001, after completing my PhD at the University of Washington.
My interests span various aspects of computer systems, include memory systems, mobile systems, security, and networking.
In 2018, I was named an ACM Fellow (opens in new tab).
