I am a Researcher in Microsoft M365 Research group, where I work in the area of AIOps, focusing on agentic solutions for incident management tasks, maintenance and quality improvement of technical solution guides (TSGs).

I have obtained my Ph.D. from IIT Bombay (opens in new tab) where I worked in time series analysis on problems such as forecasting, missing value imputation, anomaly detection.
